This gated development is considered very safe and secure for families. There is plenty of parking space for all properties, the houses have their own covered parking immediately ajoining, and the apartments benefit from the basement parking.
The main feature of the development is the beautiful landscaped gardens, carefully planted with waterfalls and bridges. Residents and occupants have the advantage of a large communal swimming pool, with sunbeds and a cafe / bar which also serves snacks. On site facilities extend to a gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi. (Please note: A small local charge will apply and some facilities may only be available during the holiday season).
A local company has installed WiFi Internet Access to Queens Gardens, this service is available in most properties and the club house. A subscriber would register to obtain a password and username, then purchase a top-up card for 4, 10, 20, 30 or 50 Euros. (As this facility is provided by a third party, we can not guarantee the service is always available or control any down time).

Your apartment is fabulous! The whole development is 1st class and beautifully designed. The apartment was immaculate, the photos and descriptions did not lie, and we all had a really great time there. So close to everything, and well contained if we didn't want to go anywhere. Extremely comfortable and well laid out apartment - lovely finishing touches as in upstairs 'fridge and BBQ set up with sink and preparation area. Looking forward to our next visit. Well located for all amenities, supermarket, restaurants, harbour etc as no need for car hire.
